Weekly

Peer listening circles

Small weekly groups (6–10 people) led by trained peers. A space without judgment. For children, teens (14–18) and young adults (19–30).

Schools and communities

Workshops and educational programs

Workshops on resilience, stress management and well-being delivered in schools and educational institutions in Garwolin (Masovian Voivodeship).

First campaign

„Heard” Campaign

Our first public campaign collects and amplifies real stories to build empathy and reduce the stigma of mental health.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes. All our programs are completely free. We are a non-profit foundation funded by donations and grants.

Do I need a diagnosis or referral?

No. You do not need a referral from a doctor or a diagnosis. You write to us, and we respond.

Can I participate in English?

Yes. We operate fully in both Polish and English. Some circles are run exclusively in English.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. Everything said in our circles stays within the group. Confidentiality is a core principle of all sessions.

Are consultations anonymous?

We do not require full personal details to access support. You can contact us using only your first name. Most of what you discuss stays between you and the specialist.

Can you run workshops at my school?

Yes, that is exactly what we want to do. Contact us and we will discuss the schedule and format. Workshops for schools are free.
