We only collect data you provide yourself: first name (or pseudonym), e-mail address, phone number and the content of messages sent via the contact form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp. Providing full personal data is not required to receive support.<\/p>\n

3. Special category data<\/h2>\n

If you share information about your health (including mental health) in a message, we process it solely on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give by voluntarily providing this information. You can withdraw your consent at any time.<\/p>\n

4. Purposes and legal bases of processing<\/h2>\n

We process your data to: respond to your message and arrange a consultation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), organise support programmes, workshops and volunteering (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), and fulfil the foundation's legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/p>\n

5. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n

The content of conversations with specialists and in listening circles remains confidential. The exception is situations where there is a serious threat to your life, health or the safety of others \u2014 in such cases the specialist may be obliged to seek additional help.<\/p>\n

6. Who we share data with<\/h2>\n

Data may be processed by providers of technical services (website hosting, e-mail, cloud services), solely to the extent necessary to provide them. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.<\/p>\n

7. How long we keep data<\/h2>\n

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period.<\/p>\n

8. Your rights<\/h2>\n

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).<\/p>\n
